Please take care Tasker and don't try to do more than you feel able to do. I hope the steroids are helpful. I have chemo #16 next week and I'll be back on steroids after that. What would we do without that Dexamethasone, ha!
I remember going to a departmental open day with my daughter when she was deciding which universities to apply to. This was a highly respected university that demanded top grades for entry yet the senior lecturer showing us around seemed quite proud that one whole term of the 3 year course was spent on each student making a mood board of a poem they had studied i.e. sticking pictures and the odd word onto a sheet of sugar paper. This seems like something that primary school pupils do, rather than university students, so I asked if it was possible to swap that exercise for an extended essay and he looked shocked!
I welcome comments and hope to respond within a day or two, but my condition is making this increasingly difficult. Some days I might not look here at all. Also please note that comments on posts over 5 days old will not appear until they have been moderated.
I hope it helps soon. Don't worry about responding -- we know you're there and reading!
ReplyDeleteHang in there, Tasker. Wishing you ease and comfort from your symptoms.

ReplyDeleteOh dear. I am sorry to hear that Tasker. I hope that the course of steroids gets you back on track quite soon. Kind regards, Neil.
